Step 1: Fill Out All Necessary Forms and Documents

Step 2: Go on an Inspection Visit to the Property Location
Once your initial documentation is reviewed, you will go physically to inspect the property with our representative. You will assess the property condition, size, features, and overall suitability for the investment and get answers to your questions.
On the inspection visit, you can assess the following:
- The overall condition of the property, including the structure, amenities, and surrounding environment.
- Check that the property’s size and layout align with your needs and preferences.
- If it is a building, evaluate the features of the property, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. If it is a land you will assess the plot layout, the zone landmark and so on.

Step 3: Reach a Sales Agreement
If you are satisfied with the property after going on inspection visit, the next step is to reach a sales agreement. We negotiate and agree upon the terms of the sale, such as the purchase price, payment process, allocation and other necessary details. If you are satisfied with the terms of sales, we will work with you to finalize and sign the sales agreement.
Step 4: Get Allocated Your Preferred Plot
Once the sales agreement is signed, you will be allocated your preferred plot within the development. When you purchase a land with Sterling Homes, you can choose which plot you would like to purchase, rather than being assigned one randomly. You can choose the one that best fits your readiness to move to the site(develop your plot).
The zones of our estate range from ZONE A to E, you can choose your preferred plot from any of these zones. There are also ZONES dedicated solely to investors who are looking to acquire their plot solely for investment purpose. You will get all the necessary documentation such as Certificate Of Occupancy, Deed of Assignment, etc. to ensure hassle-free acquisition.
