Answer: Absolutely! Creating a checklist of what you need your house to have is essential, you need to have a target of what you’re looking for, which neighborhood or location you want to live in, and the features your home must-have.

2. Do I really need an agent?

An agent can send you listings directly that fit your parameters, and you won’t waste time looking at houses you have no business with.
