Dr Kunle is a quick thinking problem solver, a seasoned mentor and a staunch business man. He is an International member of good standing of Pan African – American Chamber of commerce and was recently conferred with an honorary Doctorate degree award in recognition of his contributions to the Real Estate industry in Africa.
He is also an executive member of Real Estate Developer Association of Nigeria (REDAN).
Dr Kunle, a young unassuming entrepreneur with over a decade relevant experience in the business world, his dedication and unreserved possibility mind – set is highly contagious. An Alumni of Lagos Business School(LBS), Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA) and Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI), also a recipient of numerous prestigious Local and International awards.
Dr Kunle Adeyemi is also the Managing Director of Blue – Bricks Constructions, Executive Director of Jewels Realties Limited, Managing Director of Swift Concept Limited and Jewel Consult Limited. Above all he is a product of GRACE and he is happily married.
Ebunoluwa (Mrs), is an intelligent and experienced professional with an extensive background in administration and accounting, she possesses a logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion.
Ebunoluwa, a graduate of University of Ilorin is the Executive Director (Administration) of Sterling Homes Limited with relevant experience in real estate business.
Kofo is an astute commercial professional with more than 15 years of Sales Management, Marketing and Business Development experience in Blue chip companies namely Nestle, Schneider Electric and Philips Healthcare. He has held senior positions such as Field Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Channel Business Development Manager, and Value Segment Leader- West Africa. Kofo is strategic thinker, with great strengths in finding unconventional and ethical ways to solve complex problems. Possess excellent skills in leading high performance teams and adept at establishing a strategic vision for business expansion on a global scale and ensuring that all operational processes and procedures are in place to facilitate the achievement of ambitious corporate targets and goals.
He is currently the General Manager for Philips Project Centre with the responsibility of driving general business operations of the healthcare business including Go-to Market.
Kofo is a Biochemist with an MBA from the University of Leicester UK. His hobbies include travelling, reading and cycling. He is married with a daughter.
Opeyemi Alabi Esq. is a seasoned Lawyer and Human Resources Personnel. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017.
Prior to and since being called to the bar, she has had several stints and working experiences across the Legal, Consulting, Real Estate, Food and Entertainment Industries. Currently, she serves as the Human Resources Manager at Sterling Homes Limited.
Opeyemi possesses remarkable talent management and coaching skills and she leverages these strengths to drive profit and growth for individuals and corporate bodies.
Driven by her passion for well-rounded education in Nigeria, Opeyemi founded The Leader Today Initiative, an initiative on a current mission to educate 1000 students on the skills of the future as well as expose them to unpopular yet equally rewarding career paths that they could venture into.
In her spare time, she runs a workplace blog for Millennials and Generation-Zs where she enjoys writing about employability and workplace peculiarities.
Ogundare Abiodun O. is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), 2007 and a student of professional Institute of Chartered Stock Brokers of Nigeria.
He has wide years of working experience from Accounting Audit with B.T. Samuel & Co Chartered Accountants and onto SAFETRUST SAVINGS & LOANS LTD Mortgage Bankers as Operations and Internal control officers.
He also has work experience in the banking industry up to 13 years in various departments and vest trainings within and outside the banking industry.
Ogundare Abiodun O. ACA is the Head of Account department at Sterling Homes Ltd., responsible for overseeing and directing accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed asset and cost accounting. To prepare periodic reports, reviews and reconciles data and participates in the development of specialized financial data.
Surv. Opeyemi attended College of Technology Esa Oke where he got his degree in Surveying and Geo Informatics, he then proceeded with his PGD in Survey and Geo Informatics at Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. He is a member (SURCON)-Surveying Council of Nigeria and (NIEVS)-Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyor and Valuers. He currently works as the company’s Surveyor.
He is a Civil Engineering graduate from Yaba College of Technology. Having experience in design and draftsmanship. Adeniyi has worked with some topmost construction firms in the country and has developed a comprehensive construction management skill.
He is committed to providing client with the highest quality of civil/building and structural engineering construction services with a culture of engineering excellence that Sterling Homes provides.
He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State. He is a well-grounded Architect with unique creativity, ability and years of experience in a successful career.
Joy Onwuegbucha is the Head of Client Service Department at Sterling Homes Limited. She has over four years work experience in customer service with many certifications in Client Management.
She drives all internal departments to establish credibility, acquire customers and gain market share. She is a result oriented and self-motivated personnel who handles work pressure smartly with efficient outputs to deliver her best services to clients. Her approach to her role leaves them all satisfied with pleasant experiences due to her promptness and effective problem solving skill.
She is experienced in Sales, Administration, Customer retention and satisfaction and exhibits strong inter personal and communication skills.
Joy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, where she was a prominent scholar. She is currently a student member of the Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and well-grounded in CRM, Microsoft office packages and a lot other productivity tools.
QS Gift is an experienced and well seasoned Quantity Surveryor, Project and Facility Manager having over 6 years’ experience in the Nigeria Built/Construction environment with advance skill in Asset Management, recording success overseeing some phases of construction, infrastructure and environmental for both individual and corporate entity.
QS Gift – a master degree holder in Construction Management also possess relevant expertise in managing crew and sub contractor on Renovation improvement projects, factory construction and Pilling works and a variety of other construction projects backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completion.
